Sleep Shaping for
Newborns (0-12 Months): $100

While we don’t apply formal sleep training until 3+ months, we can begin implementing healthy sleep habits and sustainable routines in the first few weeks of life. This helps to lay a foundation to build upon later, if needed, and prepares parents for next steps.

Included in this package:

  • Newborn Guide: This downloadable PDF highlights developmental patterns and norms, routines, soothing techniques, feeding guidelines, reading cues, and more. It’s designed for you to consult at 2am when you need quick help. Emailed upon purchase.

  • 1-Hour Consultation: May be scheduled at any point in the first 12 weeks of your child’s life (between 4-8 weeks is recommended). We will go over your questions after reading the guide, discuss any struggles, and look ahead to the next stages of your baby’s life.


Two-Week Sleep Support
(3 Months to 4 years): $500

Give your child the gift of independent sleep, using a method that aligns with your parenting style and sits right with your heart. Schedule a free discovery call to find out what it’s like to work with Amber and get started.

Included in this package:

  • Customized Sleep Plan: After evaluating your child’s circumstances through a detailed questionnaire, we will provide a comprehensive sleep plan specifically for your unique child and family’s needs. 

  • 1-Hour Consultation: Once you read over the sleep plan, we will talk through the process and what to expect, and we’ll answer all of your questions. This call must be scheduled prior to implementing the plan. 

  • On-Demand Communication: Unlimited text/voice messages (8am - 9pm EST) + email support during our two-week timeframe

  • 30-Minute Wrap-Up Consultation: May be scheduled at the end of our time together to answer any lingering questions or discuss upcoming milestones.

  • Optional: Extended support may be purchased at $180/week.


Ask Me Anything Session: $75

In this 45-minute call, you can ask Amber any questions pertaining to sleep and learn how to improve your unique child’s sleep habits. 

Please note: This session is best suited for children who can already fall asleep and get back to sleep independently (without support from a prop/parent). If your child does not have this skill, we highly recommend considering the two-week sleep support package, as you will not see the best results without further coaching. If you need help deciding what you need, please schedule a free discovery call.
